Kathy was amazing throughout the entire content prep. Having returned to training post major surgery I was extremely sceptical about being able to successfully compete. Kathy was understanding on the requirements of post-operative training and eased me into the program. With an excess of 20 years within the industry you feel the comfort in knowing you're in capable hands. You often hear horror stories of gruelling comp prep dietary requirements and training regimes but with Kathy (at NXL comp prep team) there is none of that – in fact leading up to the show I was eating more than I did before I started comp prep, so clearly their process works and enables you to have fun along the way. Her compassion, understanding and kind nature that is always available for chat enables you to excel and reach your goal. Thanks again Kathy cannot wait to do it all again!
